About Us

Derek has backgrounds in landscape design, business management, and entrepreneurship from BSU and IU. He’s a husband, father of 3 boys and 1 girl, and an active member of various Bloomington organizations. He enjoys spending his free time with his family outside and doing events at church. Derek has been in the landscape industry for 18 years and has your best interest at heart when planning your family’s lawn and landscape needs.

After 12 years in education, Misty is excited to return to the office and business setting. She manages client and vendor accounts, and works to keep our trucks and equipment ready to go so our crews can service our clients in the best fashion.

A native of South Florida, Misty has called Indiana her home for 23 years. She is an active coach in youth sports and enjoys volunteering with Monroe County Special Olympics and Indiana Bulldog Rescue. Misty lives in Bloomington with her youngest daughter and fiancé while her two oldest daughters are off studying and playing softball in college.

Garrett served in the US Navy from 2015 to 2020 as an aviation rescue swimmer. He studied at San Diego Mesa College and Purdue University Global. He has many years of experience in leading and working as a team.

Garrett is always happy to help so please do not hesitate to reach out with any mowing or fertilization questions. His goal is for your lawn to be the best on the block!

After 5 years of managing the mowing division from the field, Scott brings his expertise to the office as the lawn care production manager. With over ten years experience, Scott’s goal is to make your lawn as beautiful and healthy as possible.
